Waste Robotics is hiring a full-time Senior Vision Software Developer to develop computer-vision and robotic-picking algorithms for AI-powered sorting robots. The role focuses on object detection, pick planning, grasping strategies, robot calibration, conveyor tracking, and translating vision-model outputs into commands for FANUC robotic arms. The developer will collaborate with AI specialists and robotics engineers, diagnose production grasping errors, improve data loops, and build high-performance C# applications. The position is based in Trois-Rivières or Montreal and requires 5–7 years of experience, a relevant university degree, and strong C# and C++ skills.
