Tulip is hiring a Senior Visual Designer in Somerville, Massachusetts, in a hybrid environment requiring office presence at least three days per week. The role owns the company’s visual brand system, design tokens, component libraries, templates, and reusable marketing tools; leads end-to-end integrated campaign creative across paid, organic, email, and event channels; and develops AI-assisted design workflows, image-generation pipelines, and video or motion assets. Candidates should have 5–8+ years of visual design experience, strong Figma and Adobe Creative Suite skills, a component-based design-system background, campaign execution experience, and a track record using AI tools in design workflows. The position offers a $115,000–$150,000 annual salary range and health, dental, vision, and other benefits.
