Description
The Unified Communications Engineer will administer, operate, maintain, and optimize enterprise voice and video communications systems, serving as the technical lead for Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) environments. The role covers VoIP infrastructure, SIP trunks, session border controllers, collaboration platforms, emergency response, troubleshooting, security compliance, documentation, vendor coordination, and lifecycle management across multiple locations and network enclaves. Candidates need at least five years of enterprise communications experience, three years administering CUCM 14.1 or newer, an active Top Secret clearance with TS/SCI eligibility, relevant Cisco collaboration experience, and Cisco Collaboration Core certification or equivalent.
