Description
Robert Bosch Semiconductor Manufacturing Dresden GmbH is hiring a Senior Process Engineer for its Wafer Test area. The role owns wafer test processes, probers, probe cards, test equipment parameters, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, yield monitoring, process documentation, new-product introductions, and capacity planning. Candidates need a technical degree in electrical engineering, microsystems technology, physics, mechatronics, or a comparable field, several years of semiconductor testing experience, strong knowledge of semiconductor testing and electrical measurement methods, and very good German with good English.
