Schneider is hiring a full-time Senior Warehouse Materials Handler in Midland, Texas to support warehouse operations through material handling, inventory management, equipment readiness, order preparation, delivery coordination, and safety/compliance activities. The role requires operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment, performing inventory audits and cycle counts, maintaining communication with the Workshop Supervisor, and using warehouse systems or handheld devices to track inventory and job activity. Candidates should have an associate degree or equivalent experience, warehouse experience, at least 2 years of oil and gas experience, strong communication skills, and forklift certification or the ability to obtain it, along with a valid driver’s license.
