Description
The Senior Warehouse Supervisor will lead daily warehouse operations at dsm-firmenich’s Qingyuan site, overseeing receiving, storage, inventory control, material handling, picking, and shipment preparation. The role also supports warehouse start-up readiness, process implementation, safety and quality compliance, inventory reconciliation, team coaching, and cross-functional operational improvement. Candidates need at least five years of warehouse, logistics, or material handling experience, including team leadership, along with knowledge of safety, chemical storage, labeling, inventory systems, and ERP or SAP systems.
