IMEG is hiring a senior water resources/civil engineer in Billings or Hardin, Montana, to lead moderate to complex civil infrastructure and site design projects as a project manager or lead engineer. The role includes project coordination, scope and fee development, scheduling, billing and budget tracking, quality control, construction support, client management, change orders, mentoring, and business development. Candidates need a civil engineering bachelor’s degree, a Professional Engineer license, at least seven years of building design consulting experience, strong civil engineering and project management expertise, communication and leadership skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. The position requires up to 20% travel and does not offer visa sponsorship.
