Self Help Inc. is hiring a Sr. WAP QCI Inspector & Technical Manager in Brockton, Massachusetts to perform final quality control and quality control inspection work for weatherization and heating system installations, conduct home energy audits, educate clients on energy conservation, resolve technical project issues, and mentor staff. The role requires travel within the state, strong computer and diagnostic equipment skills, the ability to communicate technical concepts to diverse clients, and a minimum of a high school diploma or GED plus at least five years of energy audit experience, along with valid driver's license, BPI EA/QCI certifications, and other clearances. The position offers a salary range of $78,000 to $84,000 and a benefits package including medical, dental, vision, LTD, FSA, 403B, leave, disability, and life insurance.
