Advantage Design Group is hiring a Senior Web Developer, Team Lead to lead a growing engineering team while contributing roughly 70% hands-on web development and 30% leadership. The role owns engineers, code review, estimation, capacity modeling, modern content-platform work with Umbraco and Lit/Web Components, TypeScript, responsive and accessible front-end development, integration reliability, and production escalations. Candidates need seven or more years shipping production software, primarily .NET and C#, with formal or informal engineering leadership experience; .NET CMS, design systems, Azure, and CI/CD are helpful. The position is full-time, hybrid in Jacksonville, Florida, with remote days after onboarding, and offers a base salary of $120,000 to $150,000 per year plus benefits.
