OpenAI is hiring a Senior Web Experience Strategist to shape the customer journey across openai.com for individual developers and large enterprises. The role defines audience journeys, connects navigation and information architecture, guides content and storytelling, coordinates self-service and human support, translates strategy into shipped work, and uses research and experimentation to improve the experience. It is a senior individual contributor role based in San Francisco with an in-office three-days-per-week arrangement.
