Description
STMicroelectronics is hiring a Senior Wet Process Development Engineer to lead the design, optimization, scaling, and defect analysis of semiconductor wet-process technologies, including plating, etching, resist stripping, and cleaning. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering or materials science discipline and 5 to 10 years of semiconductor process development experience, with expertise in wet-bench technologies, electroless and electrolytic plating, DOE, SPC, and material characterization. The engineer will collaborate with lithography, PVD, CVD, R&D, and assembly teams to improve process margins and prepare processes for high-volume manufacturing.
