BAE Systems is hiring a Senior Workability Specialist in Taif, Saudi Arabia, to support the RSAF fleet and improve aircraft availability for the SSS Ph4 contract. The role involves tactical solutions and mitigations, asset criticality reduction, stakeholder engagement, reporting, operational and management reviews, and support for engineering, life-cycle, change, and learning-from-experience activities. Candidates need aircraft engineering and maintenance experience, Typhoon knowledge, RSAF or RAF experience, project-management and stakeholder-management skills, and understanding of aerospace standards and the engineering life cycle.
