Wabtec is hiring a Senior Workday Functional Analyst to design, configure, support, and continuously improve Workday Human Capital Management solutions. The role partners with HR Operations, Global Process Owners, the PMO, and HR technology and analytics teams; leads solution design, requirements analysis, testing, troubleshooting, security administration, change management, and governance; and supports scalable Workday implementations. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, at least five years of Workday functional experience, hands-on Core HCM configuration experience, and experience with additional Workday functional areas.
