Natera is hiring a Senior Workday Platform Engineer to own the technical Workday platform across HCM, Payroll, Recruiting, Prism Analytics, Illuminate, integrations, security, and release management. The role focuses on configuration, development, integrations, analytics, security architecture, governance, and release discipline, while HR and Payroll retain ownership of sensitive data and business policy logic. Candidates need at least 8 years of hands-on Workday experience, relevant certifications, integration and security expertise, and experience in regulated environments. The position offers a base salary of $128,800–$161,050 USD plus performance incentives, equity, and comprehensive health benefits.
