Description
The Hanover is hiring a full-time, exempt Senior Workers Compensation Adjuster for its California team on a fully remote schedule. The role independently manages moderate to complex, high-value casualty claims; leads investigations; assesses coverage; negotiates disputes; manages litigation and compliance; sets reserves and authorizes payments; coordinates with legal, underwriting, vendors, and agents; and mentors junior claim handlers. Applicants need 5–10+ years of workers compensation claims handling experience with an insurance carrier, appropriate adjuster licenses, and strong negotiation, communication, compliance, and financial skills.
