The Hanover Insurance Group is hiring a Senior Workers Compensation Claims Adjuster for its Southeast region team, covering claims in Kentucky, North Carolina, South Carolina, Arkansas, Tennessee, Alabama, Georgia, Louisiana, and Florida. The role is remote and full-time/exempt, involving independent management of moderate-to-complex and high-value casualty claims, investigations, coverage analysis, reserving, payments, subrogation, litigation support, regulatory compliance, stakeholder coordination, and mentoring junior claim handlers. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent education and experience, typically 5–10 years of claims handling experience, appropriate adjuster licenses, and strong negotiation, communication, compliance, and financial decision-making skills. The role requires on-site work as needed and travel as necessary.
