Description
Rosendin is hiring a Senior Workforce Development Trainer to support employee growth across field and office teams by recruiting and onboarding field employees, delivering electrical construction skills training, facilitating leadership development, designing and improving training programs, tracking effectiveness and metrics, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and coaching employees. The role requires knowledge of electrical construction and contracting, strong presentation, communication, organization, analysis, and problem-solving skills, generally a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, and 4–6 years of related experience.
