YipitData is hiring a Senior Workplace Operations Associate to serve as the operational backbone of its physical workspaces and workplace experience. Reporting to the Associate Director, Global Workplace, the role oversees facilities management, vendor and budget management, space planning, workplace experience initiatives, health and safety compliance, workplace projects, process improvement, cross-functional collaboration, and workplace reporting. It is a hybrid position based in New York City with occasional travel to other United States office hubs, operating on a 4:1 hybrid schedule with some weeks requiring five days on-site. The role requires 3–5 years of relevant experience and offers an annual on-target earning of up to $100,000 plus equity; visa sponsorship is not available.
