Description
The Senior Workstation Engineer serves as the technical lead for workstation infrastructure, endpoint management, and software asset management across on-premises, SaaS, cloud, VDI/AVD, and endpoint-managed environments. The role provides long-term infrastructure planning and architecture guidance, second- and third-level technical support, systems integration and user acceptance testing, budget and governance consulting, mentorship, and complex incident troubleshooting. It requires extensive workstation, Windows and Mac administration, enterprise technology, and SAM/ITAM experience, along with certifications in areas such as Apple, Microsoft, VMware, Citrix, ITIL, and software asset management. The position is 100% in office.
