Wix is hiring an xEngineer with a backend orientation for its User Voice team, which builds a large-scale, event-driven microservices platform that ingests user feedback and transforms it into actionable insights through AI pipelines. The role involves designing distributed backend systems, expanding feedback channels, building LLM-based information-extraction and semantic-clustering pipelines, establishing automated evaluation, and collaborating with data engineering, data science, and product teams.
