Description
Wiltshire Council is hiring a Senior Young People Support Worker to support vulnerable young people aged 10–17 who are at risk of offending, exploitation, or entering care. The role manages complex cases, supervises and develops support workers, leads assessments and intervention plans, works with families and partner agencies, and delivers safeguarding and evidence-based support. It is a 30-hour pro rata role paying £41,177–£43,149, with an interview scheduled for Friday, 16 October 2026, and follows a hybrid working model.
