eTelligent Group is hiring a Zero Trust Architecture Architect to support NIH’s Zero Trust Architecture strategy through Task 8, Special Projects. The role leads Government-directed ZTA special projects, performs architecture and gap analysis, develops implementation plans and design documents, supports testing and validation, assesses control inheritance and continuous monitoring, and briefs technical and leadership stakeholders. The position is hybrid, with remote work and on-site work at NIH facilities in Bethesda and Rockville, Maryland, and requires U.S. citizenship, NIH suitability, a PIV credential, a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, at least 10 years of security architecture or engineering experience, hands-on expertise in ICAM, micro-segmentation, cloud security, and policy enforcement, and a CISSP or equivalent certification.
