Waabi is hiring a Sensor Development Lead to set the technical strategy and roadmap for sensor development across the Waabi Driver and autonomous-vehicle verticals. The role leads Lidar, Radar, and Camera evaluation, testing, requirements, vendor relationships, integration, data-quality monitoring, and simulation; provides technical leadership to the team; and collaborates with Systems, Hardware, Autonomy & AI, and Sim teams. Candidates need 10+ years of hands-on sensor experience, 5+ years in leadership, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and experience leading complex-system sensor development, validation, or integration.
