Description
Sensient is hiring a Sensory Manager to lead and manage its sensory evaluation program, establish sensory standards and methods, oversee sensory panels, evaluate product quality and consistency, support investigations and customer inquiries, and develop sensory data and trends. The role provides technical leadership to Quality, Applications, Manufacturing, and other cross-functional teams, coordinates training and descriptive-panel activities, and presents sensory insights to internal and external stakeholders. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Sensory Science, or a related field with sensory emphasis, at least five years of relevant experience, and expertise in sensory programs, statistical analysis, experimental design, and project management.
