Description
Blue Array is hiring an experienced SEO Manager to join its founding team and launch its Seville office. The role owns SEO performance across several client accounts, sets and defends strategy, leads technical audits and reporting, monitors website performance, coordinates with client teams, identifies upsell opportunities, mentors colleagues, and may line-manage an SEO Specialist. The position is permanent and full-time, with on-site work for the first three months followed by a hybrid arrangement requiring three days onsite per week. Applicants must be fluent in English at a business level and have the right to work in Spain.
