SerDes IP's Applications Engineering, Principal Engineer at Synopsys

Synopsys is seeking an Applications Engineer to provide technical guidance and hands-on support to customers integrating SerDes 112G/224G interface IPs into ASIC and SoC systems. The role covers integration reviews, troubleshooting RTL simulation, synthesis, floorplanning, timing closure, silicon bring-up, and system characterization; developing application notes and training; and collaborating with customers and cross-functional teams. The position requires a master's degree and at least 10 years of industry experience in IP design, ASIC/SoC integration, or related customer-facing engineering roles, along with expertise in high-speed SerDes, PCIe and Ethernet protocols, RTL and gate-level debugging, and silicon bring-up.
