Description
The Analog Mixed-Signal (AMS) Team is seeking a SERDES Micro Architect to define the microarchitecture of next-generation analog mixed-signal intellectual property, with emphasis on SERDES design. The role reviews firmware, analog and digital circuits, verifies performance requirements, collaborates with silicon evaluation and design verification teams, leads system bring-up and factory-test debugging, and works with signal integrity engineers. A bachelor's degree is the minimum qualification; experience with high-speed SERDES, adaptation and optimization algorithms, communications theory, equalizers, timing recovery, DSP, mixed-signal modeling, simulation tools, machine learning, and firmware or embedded software is preferred.
