Synopsys is hiring an experienced engineer for a high-speed serial-link transceiver/R&D role focused on developing and maintaining SerDes system models for PAM4 transceivers targeting PCIe and Ethernet standards. The position involves system simulation, algorithm design for calibration and adaptation, correlating simulations with silicon measurements, supporting customers with system-level issues, and collaborating closely with analog, digital, and hardware engineers on wireline and optical silicon IP.
