Description
The Security Officer provides security for Medical Center patients, visitors, staff, and property, responds promptly to service calls, represents the employer professionally, follows departmental policies, maintains certifications, and assists the Lieutenant. The role requires at least two years of legal-law-enforcement or security experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid Mississippi driver's license, eligibility for a weapons permit and surety bond, and OC or pepper-spray certification; physical ability to drive a manual-transmission vehicle and operate a two-wheel vehicle is also required.
