Management & Training Corporation is hiring a full-time Sergeant for its East Texas Treatment Facility in Henderson, Texas. The role pays $23 per hour and follows a rotational 12-hour shift schedule, with medical, vision, dental, prescription drug, retirement, leave, and other benefits. The Sergeant directly supervises employees and is responsible for the custody, discipline, security, transport, restraint, search, emergency response, recordkeeping, and safety of inmates in compliance with MTC and Texas Department of Criminal Justice directives. Applicants must have a high school diploma or GED, two years of full-time correctional custody or law enforcement experience, and a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
