Management & Training Corporation is hiring a full-time Sergeant for its East Texas Treatment Facility in Henderson, Texas. The role pays $23 per hour and follows a rotational 12-hour shift schedule, with medical, vision, dental, prescription drug, retirement, disability, paid time off, and other benefits. The Sergeant directly supervises employees, maintains custody and security of inmates, conducts searches and transports, responds to emergencies, maintains records, and enforces facility policies. Applicants must have a high school diploma or GED, two years of correctional custody or law enforcement experience, and a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
