It coordinates cross-disciplinary planning services, building regulations, authorities, stakeholders, and project execution while creating concept, application, and presentation materials. The position requires an architecture degree, building-submission authorization, several years of relevant experience, CAD/BIM proficiency, and knowledge of cost estimation and construction costs.
