Description
The Business Operations Program / Project Manager will own and scale the global Serialization Program across logistics, manufacturing, warehousing, SAP, ATTP, and Cell Fusion. The role leads end-to-end program execution, error reduction, root-cause analysis, part onboarding transformation, process automation, governance, KPIs, and executive reporting, while developing regional expertise and enabling site-level quality ownership. It requires global logistics operations experience, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, and 8+ years in business operations, program, project, or product management in a global matrixed environment. The role offers On-site Flex or Virtual Flex hybrid work arrangements.
