Description
The Serials and Electronic Resources Librarian oversees acquisition, control, preservation, access, licensing, and workflow for serials, auction catalogues, dealer catalogs, and electronic resources at the Ingalls Library and Museum Archives. The role supervises staff, interns, volunteers, and work-study students; manages vendor and subscription relationships; coordinates electronic resource access and cataloging; and provides reference support. It requires an MLIS or equivalent, at least three years of academic or research library experience including two years in serials or electronic resources, OCLC and library-systems experience, foreign-language proficiency, and supervisory experience. The position pays $47,000 and includes medical, dental, vision, retirement, disability, and other benefits.
