Forvia is hiring a Series Productivity Buyer to own supplier performance and purchasing productivity in serial life, combining commercial ownership with plant-facing execution. The role focuses on driving cost, quality, and delivery improvements across the supplier base, negotiating savings, supporting resourcing and make-or-buy decisions, and translating plant issues into supplier actions in close partnership with Operations, Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Finance. The position requires a bachelor’s degree, experience in plant logistics or purchasing in an automotive manufacturing environment, strong negotiation and Excel skills, and is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
