Description
Server 1 at Invited is responsible for delivering exceptional food and beverage service to club members and guests, following the company’s 3-steps of service and maintaining high service standards, cleanliness, safety, and teamwork in a hospitality environment. The role reports to F&B or restaurant management, supports daily dining operations, handles complaints with service recovery techniques, and requires strong communication, prior food and beverage service experience, and relevant food handler/alcohol server certifications.
