Description
The Server 1 provides food and beverage service to members and guests at an Invited club, following the company’s service standards and training program. The role includes executing orders, greeting members, maintaining menu knowledge, handling complaints, supporting team members, completing side work, and maintaining cleanliness and safety. It is a non-lead position reporting to the F&B Director, Banquet Manager, or Restaurant Manager, with additional hours required on weekends and/or holidays. Preferred qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, prior food and beverage experience, required certifications, Invited F&B service training, and strong communication skills.
