Description
The Server role at Hotel Carmichael, Autograph Collection is a non-exempt Food and Beverage position reporting to the Restaurant Manager. The server leads the dining experience, provides food and beverage service, takes and enters orders, handles payments, manages tables and stations, responds to guest service issues, and maintains a professional, knowledgeable, and empathetic presence. The role requires previous bartending, serving, or customer service experience, strong communication and basic math skills, wine and beverage knowledge, and the ability to stand and move quickly for extended periods.
