Description
The Coury Hospitality Server works in the Food and Beverage department to deliver elevated fine-dining service from guest arrival through departure. Responsibilities include explaining menus and allergens, recommending food and beverage pairings, performing wine and tableside service, accurately managing coursed orders, maintaining tables, coordinating with kitchen and bar teams, addressing guest concerns, and following alcohol, food safety, sanitation, and restaurant standards. The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, hospitality knowledge, relevant alcohol and food-service certifications, physical stamina, and schedule flexibility.
