Description
The Fine Dining Server provides personalized service in a fine-dining hotel restaurant, taking accurate food and beverage orders, recommending menu items and wine pairings, serving food and beverages, handling guest requests and complaints, maintaining dining-area standards, processing bills, and collaborating with kitchen, sommelier, and management staff. The role requires prior fine-dining or upscale-restaurant server experience, strong service etiquette and communication skills, flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays, and the ability to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods.
