The Server and System Administration role manages Windows and Linux servers, Hyper-V virtualization, FortiGate firewalls, Microsoft 365 and Exchange, backups, monitoring, and specialized applications. Responsibilities include installation, updates, troubleshooting, optimization, documentation, user and permission management, security policies, incident resolution, and capacity planning. The role requires vocational IT training or a comparable qualification, several years of Windows and Linux administration experience, virtualization and networking experience, Microsoft 365 and backup expertise, independent and service-oriented working style, team spirit, and strong German language skills.
