Description
The Server Assistant supports Servers and Hosts in a hotel restaurant by assisting with food and beverage service, maintaining water levels, clearing and resetting tables, transporting dirty tableware, stocking and cleaning stations, polishing silver, replenishing condiments, and responding to guest service issues. The role requires restaurant serving or customer service experience, knowledge of sanitation and basic computer operations, strong communication and teamwork skills, and the ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 40 pounds during an eight-hour shift.
