The role supports front-of-house service by running food and water, resetting tables, maintaining cleanliness and organization in dining and back-of-house areas, polishing service items, and assisting with opening, closing, and side work. Candidates should be detail-oriented, proactive, organized, team-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment with lift/carry demands and weekend/holiday availability preferred.
