Description
The Server Assistant supports the dining service team at Mayflower Inn & Spa, Auberge Collection in Washington, Connecticut. Responsibilities include setting up and clearing tables, delivering and refilling beverages, assisting guests, coordinating with servers and other restaurant staff, maintaining cleanliness and food-safety standards, and assisting with service at the Retreat Spa, in-room dining, and the pool when open. The role prefers prior back-server experience, requires flexible availability including weekends and holidays, and requires English communication.
