Description
The Server Assistant supports the front-of-house food and beverage team at an Invited club by assisting with food and beverage service, table setup, restocking, cleaning, guest greeting, menu assistance, and handling member or guest requests and complaints. The role collaborates with servers and management, supports special events and large parties, follows safety and club policies, and may require weekend or holiday hours. Preferred qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, prior food and beverage service experience, Food Handler and Alcohol Server certifications, Invited F&B Service Training, and strong communication skills; the role also requires physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 100 pounds occasionally, and perform other demanding activities.
