Description
The Server Assistant supports the front-of-house food and beverage team at an Invited club by assisting with food and beverage delivery, table setup, restocking, cleaning, guest greeting, menu assistance, request handling, and special-event support. The role reports to the F&B Director, Banquet Manager, or Restaurant Manager and requires physical activity, adherence to safety and club policies, and availability for weekends or holidays. Preferred qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, prior food and beverage service experience, Food Handler and Alcohol Server certifications, Invited F&B Service Training, and strong communication skills.
