Description
The Server Assistant supports the front-of-house food and beverage team at an Invited club by delivering food and beverages, setting up and cleaning dining areas, restocking supplies, greeting members and guests, answering basic menu questions, handling requests and complaints, and assisting with special events and large parties. The role reports to the F&B Director, Banquet Manager, or Restaurant Manager and requires attendance on a weekly schedule, including weekends and holidays. Preferred qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, prior food and beverage service experience, Food Handler and Alcohol Server certifications, Invited F&B Service Training, and strong communication skills; physical duties include extended standing and lifting up to 100 pounds occasionally.
