The Server Assistant supports servers by cleaning and resetting tables, maintaining a clean and organized dining room, greeting and thanking guests, answering menu questions, monitoring guest experiences, and following food-safety and hygiene practices. The role requires guest-service skills, teamwork, effective communication, availability for nights, weekends, and holidays, and completion of hourly position validations; alcohol certification is required within 60 days.
