Description
The Server Assistant supports restaurant service by setting and clearing tables, supplying place settings and condiments, removing trash, cleaning side stations and restrooms, sweeping floors, assisting with dish sorting, and maintaining sanitary food-handling practices. The role requires strong organization, multitasking, sanitation knowledge, physical stamina, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with irregular hours, including late nights, early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
