Description
The Server Assistant supports servers in delivering quality food and beverage service at a Forbes Five-Star property. Responsibilities include table and seat-number knowledge, beverage and bread service, soiled-ware removal, table cleaning and resetting, wares replenishment, equipment cleaning, guest assistance, and side-opening and closing duties. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, six months of Bus Person or Runner experience, liquor and food-service training, alcohol-awareness certification, guest-relations training, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for extended periods.
